- CPIW means Certified Professional Insurance Woman
 - A Certified Professional Insurance Woman is an insurance professional who has demonstrated competence through participation, length of employment and completion of designate eduational programs.
- An individual becomes a CPIW after being a member in the National Association of Insurance Women (NAIW) for a minimum of two years, employment in the insurance industry for a minimum of five years, completion of NAIW education program and an education program from an insurance industry educational organization.
